Several factors go into the ranking of these players positionally including productivity, longevity, personal accolades and overall team success. Bruce Smith being at the top of this list was always a foregone conclusion but there's plenty of water cooler debate to be had, including where Jerry Hughes, Aaron Schobel and Mario Williams deserve to land on this list. Of all the positions to this point, Patrick's confident the defensive ends will be the one where most disagree with the positioning of several guys.
