Mark is incredibly honest about his struggles in the past and how far he had to go before he finally reached the point of return. His book 'This Is Not A Self-Help Book' topped the charts on its release and rightly so and is a firm favourite in both our houses.
It's an incredible and inspiring story and one Mark tells brilliantly.
