Show Notes
The Guarapiranga Reservoir case (often called the Guarapiranga Mutilation) refers to an unidentified man whose mutilated body was found near São Paulo’s Guarapiranga Reservoir in 1988. The body showed extreme, precise mutilations: facial tissues, an eye, an ear, lips, jaw sections, and multiple internal organs were removed, and there were several circular “cookie‑cutter” holes with apparent burn-like edges, but little external bleeding and no clear signs of struggle, which made the case infamous and disturbing.
