Show Notes
Mary Vincent is a survivor of one of the most notorious and brutal attacks in American true crime history. In September 1978, at age 15, Vincent was hitchhiking in California when she was picked up by 50-year-old Lawrence Singleton. Singleton raped her, then severed both her arms with a hatchet and threw her down a 30-foot ravine, leaving her for dead.
