Show Notes
Heinrich Pommerenke, 'The Beast of the Black Forest', was a German lust killer that claimed 4 victims before his arrest in Hornberg in 1959. Pommerenke confessed to 24 total rapes and other crimes claiming that he only killed after he watched The Ten Commandments, the well-known film directed by Cecil B. DeMille. He spent the remainder of his life in prison since Germany does not practice the death penalty.
