Carl Panzram was an America serial killer who was considered by many as the "World's worst murderer" claiming at least twenty-one victims throughout his career. Panzram would first commit sodomy on his victims (some as young as eight years old) before shooting them point blank in the head. Panzram was hanged at Fort Leavenworth on September 5, 1930.
