Author, attorney and banker Stephen Maitland-Lewis on his lifelong passion for his former pen pal Louis Armstrong. Maitland-Lewis, who is a Board Trustee of the Louis Armstrong House Museum in New York, is in New Orleans for this week’s 18th annual Satchmo Summerfest.
