Walter Imahara, who was sent to two Japanese concentration camps as a youth, recalls his formative days in California and Arkansas and relocation to Louisiana. Imahara looks at the issue of reparations. Mark Ballard, Capitol Bureau Chief for The Advocate, looks at the quest for re-election for Gov.
