Dr. Kip Corbin talks being a U.S. Olympic Team Doctor during the 1988 Olympic Trials and the 1992 Olympics, and working with the LSU Women's Track team. He also gives tips in strength training and flexibility and how to maintain it as you get older. Dr. Wendy Suzuki discusses her book, "Good Anxiety: Harnessing the Power of the Most Misunderstood Emotion," and what to do when you feel anxious. Nancy Colier continues the dsicussion on anxiety, and her book "Can't Stop Thinking: How to Let Go of Anxiety and Free Yourself from Obsessive Rumination." Paul Hawken speaks on climate change, what we can do as a whole to help slow it down and his book, "Regeneration: Ending the Climate Crisis in One Generation."
