(Sue Lincoln)Director Paul Catalanotto of Hammond is a graduate of the University of New Orleans. He discusses his film, "When the Rivers Rise." The film takes a look at 2016's historic flooding in our state. Catalanotto's film will show next week at the Louisiana International Film Festival in Baton Rouge.
