Amanda Kaldor is a Christian Weight Loss and Life coach who loves to be curious and explore the amazingness of God and all He’s created. She left her position as a registered nurse to be of greater impact in supporting women in caring for their temples; mind, body, and soul. Now, Amanda coaches women to reclaim their self-control around food so they live life to the full with confidence and joy.
