But if you’re living with ADHD, there’s a good chance you’ve taken the practice of celebrating your perceived failures to an art form.
This week on the show, thanks to the inspiration of the work of Susan David and her writing in and around emotional agility, we’re talking all about ADHD and self-compassion.
