Ok...this Roquan Smith story just keeps taking more and more turns. David Haugh and Dan Wiederer break down the latest on the saga, as on Monday the NFL Management Council sent out a memo to teams saying a person by the name of Saint Omni, who is not by the NFLPA, has been calling teams on behalf of Smith...which is definitely not allowed.
