The kid showed some high-level stuff in the first three quarters before melting down in crunch time amid a four-turnover day. Meanwhile, Justin Fields could return against the Panthers on Thursday Night Football. Fields is "day-to-day" now, and Matt Eberflus indicated Fields will start if he's medically cleared. On the plus side, the Bears offensive line looks to have key pieces to build around and Cole Kmet is playing at a really high level.
