Well, it's official. USC quarterback Caleb Williams, the likely No. 1 overall pick, has declared for the NFL Draft. David Haugh and Dan Wiederer react to the news and begin to hear what the draft experts are saying the Bears should do with the No. 1 overall pick. Nobody seems to be denying the talent of Williams, but the Bears will need to figure out what's driving the kid — if they're thinking they want to move on from Justin Fields. Also, the pool of free agent head coach candidates keeps growing. Why did the Bears so quickly decide to keep Matt Eberflus?
