Healing from physical scars is one thing but dealing with the emotional scars is another. Today’s guest, Samuel Moore-Sobel, is a writer, speaker, community activist, and burn survivor. He joins Dr. Dianne Hamilton and opens up about his debut memoir, Can You See My Scars?, and the traumatic and life-changing moment that happened the summer before his sophomore year of high school. What started out as a simple job to earn some money culminated into a tragic chemical explosion that would transform him forever. Samuel talks about how he deals with his physical and emotional scars and explains why sharing our stories is important.
