There are some very concrete ways to deal with codependency in your life...and of course, in today's episode I am giving you some steps to take. Deciding what you want and need from your relationships is the first item on the agenda. Then you'll need to discover new ways of getting your needs met! Reviewing your relationship patterns, creating boundaries, and exercising a bit of self love will all be helpful steps for you to take.
