On this episode of Take Command, Craig and Logan dive into the film from the Commanders’ Week 1 victory over the Cardinals. The guys kick things off by looking at Sam Howell and the offensive line’s performances- providing some opinions that contradict the general public’s perception. Then, the two get into the skill positions- looking at how the wide receivers played and Terry McLaurin’s seemingly uneventful game. Afterwards, the pair dives into the running backs. Here, they ponder whether ball security will be an issue for Antonio Gibson moving forward. To follow that up, the guys praise the defense for their tremendous showing on Sunday afternoon. Capping things off, Logan and Craig do their weekly play breakdown by analyzing the failure in coverage on Rondale Moore’s wheel route.
