疫情指揮中心日前宣布，從元旦起禁止無居留證的外籍人士入境。教育部也暫緩受理境外學位生入境申請，預估影響較大是109學年度第2學期的新生，估計有4489人。目前教育部也正邀集相關部會討論「強化」的境外學位生入境相關防疫作業程序，要等報請指揮中心同意後，就會恢復受理境外學位生申請入境。
