今（26）日東北季風減弱，各地回溫，民眾洗衣曬被要好好保握時間，因為到了下週三，先有鋒面通過，隨後寒流接力，全台降溫有感，也讓今年的跨年，恐怕是15年來最冷的跨年夜。氣象局預估，30日晚間到31日清晨，台南以北到宜蘭花蓮，最低溫只有8度，沿海空曠地區更可能下探5度，低溫燈號的紅橙燈，有機會齊發。而在桃園以北和宜蘭，1000公尺以上的高山，包括七星山、拉拉山、太平山都有機會下雪。
