天氣受東北季風持續影響，迎風面的北部、東半部地區及恆春半島今（20）日有下雨的機會，氣象局持續發布4縣市大雨特報，基隆北海岸、宜蘭地區及大臺北山區；而今晨出現本島入冬平地最低溫出現苗栗農改場只有11.8度。此外，根據天氣預報專家表示，下週二、三（22、23日）各地天氣好轉，氣溫回升；下週三午後另一波東北季風快速南下，新竹以北轉有局部短暫降雨；下週四（24日）各地轉乾，天氣迅速好轉，下週五（耶誕節，25日）起將有連續2、3天晴朗穩定，白天溫暖舒適、早晚乾冷的天氣。
