國人逐漸習慣使用行動支付，但消費者使用行動支付時無法收到通知，容易成為漏洞。立法院財委會昨（17）日通過臨時提案，將行動支付納入消費通知機制，比照信用卡單筆消費5000元以上要通知消費者，最快明年4月上路。
