台灣今（14）天受到東北季風增強影響，各地溫度下滑，苗栗頭屋13.5度為平地最低溫。而氣象局預估，這波冷空氣在今天晚間到明天清晨，且還會更冷，強度不排除逼近大陸冷氣團等級。其中，北部東部屬於濕冷，外出穿暖之外，也要記得攜帶雨具；中南部則屬於乾冷，白天溫度會回升，留意日夜溫差，預計這股冷空氣將會影響到週四，要到週五才會回暖。
