台鐵猴硐走山，迄今已搶修10天，可能延至12月14號東線才能通車，截至昨（12）天為止，列車影響逾5萬人、客運疏運破30萬人。而至於西線通車因為必須先做加固工程，恐怕非短期內能完成。交通部長林佳龍一早再度前往視察，並表示工程檢修車今天已能在鐵軌上行駛，希望傍晚前能讓列車回送試車，目前預估明（14）天清晨5點11分從瑞芳站出發的首班列車可以通行，台鐵也會在通車前架設全測站，確保行車安全。
