國內連續幾天出現多名印尼籍移工的境外新冠肺炎確診案例，然而，印尼移工持核酸檢驗陰性報告入境，卻還是確診；對此，指揮官陳時中坦言，不易分辨陰性報告的真偽，未來指揮中心將建議辨識機制，一旦發現造假，可依《傳染病防治法》，處1萬到15萬元罰鍰，另外也可能面臨偽造文書的刑責。
而國內醫師認為，由於各國檢驗方式和標準不同，如果陰性報告有問題，恐怕會增加機上乘客感染風險，呼籲應該要把飛機當作國土延伸，入境之前先做快篩，檢疫14天期滿前，也應該要全面採檢。
