國外新冠肺炎疫情持續延燒，連帶也讓台灣，今（27）日一口氣暴增了14起境外移入確診個案。有13名是印尼籍移工，一名是從美國返台的本國籍男子。而根據指揮中心的調查，在13名確診的印尼籍移工中，有12人是和先前的案607同班機，因此不排除，這是一起機上群聚事件。由於案607發病時間較早，檢驗時測出來的Ct值21，病毒量高，因此被視為是這起群聚的指標個案。
