彰化一所私立商工學校，19日早上安排學生施打賽諾菲流感疫苗，結果下午就有學生出現不適症狀，其中4名1年級學生出現手抖，緊急送醫，22日還有1名3年級男學生不明原因發燒，經統計出現不適症狀的總共有12人，其中9人已出院，3人仍在住院觀察。疾管署初步研判，這是屬於校園暈針的一種表現，由學生接種環境、緊張情緒造成，強調與疫苗安全無關，也不會造成後遺症，但家長對此說法存疑，希望疾管署查個水落石出。
