行政院為了因應少子化衝擊，昨(19 )日通過「私立高級中等以上學校退場條例」草案，依財務、教學品質等指標明定預警，及專案輔導學校指標。若專輔學校三年內未改善，主管機關應要求停招，至當學年度結束時停辦，並設置五十億元退場基金，協助學校退場、維護教職員生權益。對此，教育部技職司長楊玉惠表示，目前被教育部列為預警學校有卅多間高中職和十幾所大專校院，逾四十間私校。
