為了防堵新冠肺炎第二波疫情，指揮中心將於這週三將公布「秋冬防疫專案」，會針對邊境、社區、以及檢驗三大塊加嚴管理。其中八大場所將會選出幾個，改為「強制」戴口罩，要是勸導不聽，最高可以開罰1萬5千元。除此之外，未來本國人返台，不排除也會要求比照外籍人士，都要提供登機3天之內的陰性證明。針對醫院採檢也會祭出獎勵，希望提高檢驗數量。
