隨著國際疫情延燒，國內今（15）日再度增加兩名境外移入個案，都是久居國外的本國籍人士，分別從日本、和美國進入台灣。中央疫情指揮中心統計從9日以來，這週的新增確診個案就有25例，創下疫情以來單週新高。
這些確診者主要是以移工居多，大部分都是從印尼、和菲律賓移入，另外，針對昨（14）日的案599在第三次檢驗，用了新試劑才確診。對此，指揮官陳時中也說，隨著病毒的多變性，還有試劑的進步，未來這樣的個案會越來越多。
