台灣受到東北風影響，以及颱風「梵高」外圍水氣影響，一連下了幾天的雨，週日（15）終於放晴了，氣象局預估好天氣將維持一週，而邱老虎發威，週三開始西半部背風面，高溫上看30度。而中南部、近山區，以及河谷區，高溫可能達到31度，對此，氣象局長鄭明典也在臉書發文，指出台灣上方的順時針旋轉環流，就是高氣壓，穩定的天氣系統，也就表示台灣的天氣，將轉為穩定，而且會持續一段時間。
