日本皇室昨（8）日舉行「立皇嗣之禮」，正式向海內外宣告日皇德仁的弟弟秋篠宮文仁，為皇位繼承第一順位。由天皇弟弟成為皇嗣，是日本憲政史上頭一遭，因為現行皇位繼承制度，只有「父系男性」具有繼承資格，而德仁膝下卻沒有男丁。據了解，在「立皇嗣之禮」過後，日本政府會針對，能不能由女性或母系天皇繼承，來進行討論。
