閃電颱風持續接近，氣象局今（5）日早上發布海上颱風警報，甚至要是未來路徑偏北，不排除會發布陸警。今天入夜後北部東部就會開始受到颱風影響，水氣增加，明天週五是颱風最靠近台灣的時候，一整天都會有間歇性雨勢，甚至不排除會有局部豪雨發生。不過這場雨能不能替水庫解危？可惜因為有中央山脈屏障，應該無法為中南部水庫補水。
