基隆有一名婦人，接種賽諾菲流感疫苗，9天後卻出現四肢麻痺、味覺喪失症狀。指揮中心今（31）日回應，目前醫院初步懷疑是「GBS格林巴利症候群」，還需要進一步排除是不是其他病毒、細菌感染，才能釐清是否跟疫苗有關，更排除是新冠肺炎的可能性。但台大兒童醫院院長黃立民認為，這名婦人有味覺喪失的症狀，不太像是「格林巴利症候群」會出現的症狀，反而有可能是感染新冠肺炎，建議要驗清楚，以免發生院內感染。
