南韓最近發生多起，疑似施打流感疫苗後死亡案例。而我國疾管署27號 也爆出震撼彈，宣布有四位民眾在接種賽諾菲、和國光生技疫苗後，三到十天內相繼病逝。這四名個案的年齡，介於62歲到77歲之間，死因都是心血管疾病，包含腦出血、心肌梗塞。不過疾管署澄清強調死亡案例，跟施打流感疫苗，都沒有直接關係。
