今（25）日凌晨2點，中央氣象局發布第18號颱風「莫拉菲」生成，預測朝菲律賓移動，並不會直接影響台灣。今天開始至週二全台各地多雲到晴，到了週三開始受颱風外圍環流影響，加上東北季風增強，北部及東部地區將轉為有雨天氣，週四鋒面報到，中央氣象局提醒中部以北，沿海空曠地區注意，低溫下探至17度。
