指揮中心今（21）天公布又有3起輸出病例，分別是未足歲男嬰、一歲男童與30多歲女性。3人都是在國內PCR採檢為陰性，到了日本機場採檢卻都呈現陽性。指揮中心專家小組召集人張上淳認為，日本使用的抗原檢測試劑，有7成檢驗陽性的結果，都是偽陽性，因此3起個案，也不排除是偽陽性可能。另外，截至今日，境外確診個案一共49例，目前只有兩個國家承認是當地感染，今天又有1例印尼籍境外生，入境採檢陰性，居家檢疫期間卻出現咳嗽、喉嚨痛，還隱瞞症狀。指揮中心匡列相關接觸者共15人。
