受到東北風影響，北台灣持續陰雨天，氣象局評估未來一週全國低溫將介於19度到24度之間，另外最新歐洲模式模擬顯示，週三到週五，將有熱帶擾動，通過呂宋島往南海移動，到時候共伴效應可能會讓東北風水氣增多，北部、東半部雨勢會更明顯，預估要到週日水氣減少，雨勢才會趨緩。
