今（16）天持續受到東北風影響，迎風面宜蘭、大台北地區和基隆北海岸，都會出現明顯雨勢，氣象局也針對宜蘭地區，發布大豪雨特報，週末北台灣也會持續有雨的天氣，預計雨會一直下到下週一，反觀中南部地區，則都維持多雲到晴的好天氣。溫度方面，北部東北部氣溫下降，今天最低溫只有24度，週末早晚低溫更可能下探到20度，提醒民眾留意溫差。
