中央氣象局表示，菲律賓南方的熱帶性低氣壓，目前逐漸往南海移動，預計最快今天下午，會成為今年第十七號颱風「沙德爾」，不過氣象局表示，由於發展比較慢，未來如果成颱，強度大概會是輕颱邊緣，對台灣影響也不大；而這兩天天氣還是以東北風影響為主，溫度雖然稍微回升，但大台北地區、基隆北海岸水氣仍然比較多，還是要留意日夜溫差大。
