Anthony Carlisle is the International Affairs Supervisor of the Garden of Hope Foundation, which is a non-profit organization aiming to improve the lives of disadvantaged women across the world by building a global network of helplines. The organization was established in Taiwan and has worked to support women suffering domestic and gender-based violence. He sits down to talk about his organization with ICRT's Ryan Drillsma.
