Despite the timeline reading 2025, the feminine expression of sexuality is still considered a taboo. So for episode 7 of 131 Days of Taboo Talks we explore the reasoning behind why she (or anyone really) can’t just express herself and why society is desperate to put her in a “box”. It gets a bit academic at points, tapping into the gaze theory and how it differentiates between ‘male’ and ‘female’ (another thing we’ve gendered in life).
