Axe goes over what went wrong in Autry's three-year tenure and what Syracuse needs for its basketball program going forward not only in a new head coach but with an impending announcement of a new AD to be named to replace the retiring John Wildhack.
Axe has endorsed USF head coach Bryan Hodgson as a lead candidate to take over for Autry, although there are a few other names SU needs to consider if they can't get Hodgson.
