Vinney says it's an art, and you can work with people; it is not a science! It is putting yourself into someone else's shoes to be in a better position to understand them. Taking the time to understand where others are coming from is so important, but you cannot change someone in 20 mins. Mr. Smiles says make it a win-win situation. It is also the key that industry leaders have mastered because by understanding and listening, will you get a lot further in life and business.
