Armed Carjacking Rampage: 39-Year-Old Man Faces Charges After Easter Weekend Crime Spree
A 39-year-old man, Beau Wallace Flegler, is accused of a series of armed carjackings across southern Queensland during the Easter long weekend. He allegedly stole four vehicles, including a silver Toyota RAV4, a Subaru Forester, a SsangYong Musso, and a Toyota LandCruiser. The victims included a 79-year-old retired businessman, who bravely confronted Flegler. Flegler was apprehended at Eastville Shopping Centre after crashing the last vehicle. He is currently in custody, with no bail, and his case is scheduled for May 26th.
