<p>Dordrecht heeft gisteren in het stadhuis afscheid genomen van burgemeester <strong>Wouter Kolff</strong> en daarmee eindigt ook zijn voorzitterschap van het Veiligheidsberaad. Vanaf zondag is hij de nieuwe commissaris van de Koning in Zuid-Holland. Hij is te gast bij Sven Kockelmann.</p>
