Presidential candidates often vary the messages they tell different voter communities to win over their ballots. Mike Madrid, political consultant and author of How America's Largest Minority Is Transforming Democracy, says that we are witnessing a "generation transformation" of Latino voters and that this change may be the very thing that tips the election scale next week.
