Dr. Marcia Morgan is a Criminologist and CEO of Migima -- a woman-run, international criminal justice research, training and consulting firm founded in 1980. Migima specializes in gender and sexual violence issues and dedicated to giving women a voice. Migima has written more than 20 national "gender-responsive" training curricula for staff in prisons and jails on how to support incarcerated women and girls in detention, and they were the original developers of the anatomical dolls used worldwide in 40 countries in interviews with child sexual abuse victims.
