There are things that we beat ourselves up for, ways that we demean ourselves and a manner that we speak to ourselves that we would never use to speak to someone else. Even if you're not having these harsh thoughts out loud, they're just as powerful if you're thinking them. So today I challenge you to write down 10 (yes, TEN) things that you love about yourself.
