A lap is a lap. That's what I learned in my final adult swimming lesson when a mental block kept me from completing the front stroke from one end of the pool from the other. I was caught up on what it had to look like, and how I was going to accomplish that goal. Once I let go of the HOW, I had a breakthrough, one that serves as a powerful reminder in today's episode: A lap is a lap.
